For the third year in a row, DMD’s email database has been certified by BPA Worldwide. Each year, BPA conducts an audit of our physician database to ensure it meets the quality standards of being accurate, correct, and deliverable. BPA is considered to be the gold standard in data auditing within the medical publishing world, so to receive this certification is not only a testament to our fierce devotion to responsible email, it’s also a stamp of quality assurance for our clients.
No other email vendor submits to the audit, as it is a voluntary check-in. In fact, many vendors are satisfied to count a “passing grade” on a postal audit as an umbrella audit of all their data. Clearly, we do not consider that an adequate assessment. The effort and expense we’ve invested to ensure the utmost quality of our email database is reflected in the fact that no other healthcare email vendor has replicated our three-year designation.

A further confirmation of our email database’s first-rate caliber is that our list contains much more information than that of the “average” email vendor—all of which met the requirements of BPA Worldwide’s inspection.
For example, many healthcare databases only contain first name, last name, and one email address. Our database also includes data points such as additional email addresses (e.g. both personal and professional), geographic location, medical specialty, and alumni affiliation. With these extensive details, our clients can be assured they’ll have adequate information to target specific audiences and create personalized, relevant, and timely communications—critical for building long-lasting relationships with their healthcare bases.
