Join the rest of us in healthcare marketing. Remember when the world was so simple…when there was just Google AdWords and MySpace to figure out? How nostalgic—that was a whole nine years ago.
Facebook beat MySpace in popularity only five years ago. Tumblr and Twitter debuted in 2006, Instagram launched in 2010, and Vine introduced its video-clip social network in 2012. Thus far in 2013, Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo! are fighting a titanic battle of the inbox, Facebook introduced 15-second video clips for Instagram in response to Vine, Google changed its AdWord pricing algorithm, and mobile-use has exploded. It seems that the only constant these days is the increasing rate of change.
